Vietnam Foodexpo 2023 is the most anticipated international-scale event of the food industry year, attracting numerous international importers, partners, and leading Vietnamese distributors in the food industry. The event gathered over 500 booths from nearly 400 domestic and international enterprises. Specifically, Vietnamese businesses from more than 30 provinces across the country added diversity to the exhibited products at the exhibition, especially the unique products of different regions.

The International Trade Promotion event is considered a significant event in the food, agricultural, and seafood industries, with the largest scale of booths organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency as part of the National Trade Promotion Program. The event aims to promote exports and expand the domestic market.

Renowned long-standing brands and Vietnamese products, which are regional specialties, were honored at smaller events within the exhibition framework. Through this event, businesses had the opportunity to meet and establish cooperation with potential partners domestically and internationally, especially at the end of the year when the market is very attractive to products like dried fruits, flavored cashew nuts, semi-finished products such as IQF frozen fruits, Puree fruit juice, concentrated fruit juice, etc. Recognizing the potential in this segment, Nafoods also participated in displaying the group’s key products at the exhibition.

During the event days, Nafoods’ booth welcomed many international importers from Japan, South Korea, the United States, the Russian Federation, Malaysia, India, China to visit, experience products, and discuss long-term cooperation issues. Nafoods’ key products over the years such as IQF frozen fruits, Puree fruit juice, concentrated fruit juice, dried fruits have attracted the interest and deep discussion from international partners. Additionally, some customers registered to visit the factory to understand more about the production process and proceed with signing cooperation agreements with Nafoods Group.

This year, the fair took place on the largest scale ever, attracting many domestic and foreign enterprises. According to our assessment, the export market still has broad prospects for Vietnam, we still have many opportunities if we understand the rules and requirements of the international market. Consumption trends are changing, reducing sugar and salt in food is essential, customers are increasingly concerned about health and prefer products of natural origin, without added flavor enhancers, non-GMO, meeting food safety requirements”.

Through the Vietnam Foodexpo 2023 exhibition, not only were Vietnamese brands and products honored and promoted, but Vietnamese culture and people’s images were also impressively marked with international partners.
